The project criteria was to invent a socially responsible retailer that would aid in changing the harmful effects of the retail industry. My created business, Weave New, is a service-based retailer where customers come into my studio with old clothing and leave with a new item woven out of their fabric scraps. I created a product line, a marketing strategy, a target customer, an industry analysis, and a financial plan.
